Darden Restaurants founded the Bahama Breeze restaurant in 1996. Their first and only location for the longest time was in Orlando right along the International Drive. There are now more than 40 Bahama Breeze locations all over in the United States. Most of them are located in suburban retail areas as well as tourist hotspots.
