History

Bar Louie was founded in 1991. Beginning only as a casual bar, their signature Martinis helped establish their brand as a go to restaurant. They began using a mix of upscale lunch and dining segment while maintaining their progressive vibe at the bar. Their recent change in atmosphere was greatly influenced by the investing of the Sun Capital Partners in June 2010.
