History

Robert Fish and Mary Roszel founded Biggby Coffee in 1995, where they developed the first coffee shop in East Lansing, Michigan. The name was supposed to be Beaner’s, which was eventually changed in 2007 to avoid any scandals, confusion and controversy. Today, the company has over 170 locations in multiple states including Illinois, Ohio, Texas, Florida, Michigan, Kentucky, South Carolina, and Wisconsin.

• Butter Bear Latte – you have the choice to make this drink either cold or hot. It is made with tenacious tonic, caramel marvel sauce, butterscotch monin, whipped cream and a shot of espresso.

• Caramel Marvel – this drink is also made with the same ingredients as the butter bear latte, minus the butterscotch monin.
