History

In 1962, Cabana Motel Owners Jay Sarno and Stanley Mallin wanted to create a hotel that would closely resemble the Roman Empire, which is how they came up with the name “Caesar’s Palace”. The hotel has 15 restaurants, including the Buffet. The Buffet is called Bacchanal, which can seat up to 600 people.
