House of Prime Rib Catering Prices

The House of Prime Rib is a San Francisco landmark that serves well-marbled prime rib in the English tradition. It is located at the foot of Nob Hill between Washington and Jackson Streets. It serves only the best beef, proudly using only the top 2% of all beef marketed. If you want to book a party or large gathering, House of Prime Rib banquette room seats 20 to 70 people.

History

Owned by Joe Betz, House of Prime Rib has been serving its customers with the best beef on their tables since 1949. In San Francisco, it is a mecca for red meat lovers. Original owner Lou Balaski started the tradition of using only prime quality whole-grain fed cattle to guarantee the best and juiciest prime rib cuts.

What They’re Famous For

As the name of the restaurant implies, they are famous for the prime rib recipes, and one recipe stands out in their menu selection: Roast Prime Rib Beef – Mid-Western corn-fed beef that is aged for 21 days and the most tender, juiciest and most flavorful beef available. This dish also comes in variants based on cut. The City Cut is a smaller cut for those with light appetite, the House of Prime Rib Cut is a hearty portion, the English Cut is a thinner slice for better flavor, the King Henry VIII Cut is a generous cut for king-sized appetites.
