Sandy Beall opened the first Ruby Tuesday near Knoxville campus in Knoxville, Tennessee in 1972. Beall have always envisioned a restaurant where food and drinks are hand crafted and made with fresh ingredients, served by friendly and passionate staff, in a casual and comfortable restaurant environment, all offered at an affordable price. Using a small amount and some help from his friends, he opened his dream business. Little did he know that his venture will immediately become an instant success. More than four decades later, they remained focused on their simple founding value, which is serving quality food and beverages, served by passionate people and great value for money. Billed as one of the most loved casual restaurant today, they promised to remain committed in providing their guest with fresh meals made with quality ingredients and prepared with expertise.
