History

Boiling Crab first started in 2004 in a little southeastern town in Texas called Seadrift. This town has a population of just 2000 people, and was home to Yo’Daddy and his family of crabbers and fishermen. They labored on their boats all year round, catching crabs, oysters, shrimp and all kinds of seafood. As stressful as the work was, every week the men would come home with their catch of the week to enjoy.

They were fond of boiling crawfish, shucked raw oysters, crabs, and grilled fresh fish with a beer in hand.

What are they famous for?

Boiling crab is obviously famous for their juicy list of crab dishes; along with other seafood dishes on their menu, but here are some of their best food picks, that customers just cant get enough of:

  • Clams – served in a bag with their special sauce. You have the option to make it spicy or non-spicy.
  • Blue Crabs – these are seasonal items on the menu. It is served in a bag, with their special sauce.
  • Shrimp – it is also served in a bag, with their special Boiling Crab sauce, with your choice of spice.
