History
John Charles Carrabba III and Damian Mandola Founded Carrabba’s Italian Grill in December 26, 1986 at Kirby Drive, Houston Texas, where their first location was first opened. They opened a second location in the Wood way and Voss Streets Intersection, where both original locations opened their doors in Florida and Houston as a part of the Carrabba- Outback Steakhouse INC.
