History
In December 1987, Arthur J. Simms, Thomas Simms, Paul Kurz, and Brian Taylor opened Mimi’s Café in Anaheim, California. Over the years, there have been several changes in ownership – from the original four founders, to Bob Evans Farms, Inc., and to Group Le Duff in February 2013.
The chain now has 145 restaurants in several states across the United States. The headquarters are now in Dallas, Texas where it was transferred in 2014.
