History

In 1954, the first Swiss Chalet restaurant was opened in Toronto, Canada. While there have been many ups and downs including the closure of several restaurants, the chain has endured. As of 2017, there are more than 200 restaurants in Canada.

Cara Operations owns the chain, as well as its sister brand, Harvey’s. In many of the Swiss Chalet restaurants, in fact, a Harvey’s fast-food restaurant shares the same building.

Why Choose Swiss Chalet for Your Catering Needs

Swiss Chalet can provide in-house and out-of-store catering services; travel charges may also apply in certain areas. For the in-house services, a large dining room can be provided for the group while for out-of-store services, arrangements can be made about set-up and clean-up.

You and your guests will definitely love the menu. The star obviously is the rotisserie chicken, which is known for its delicious, meaty and juicy quality. The menu can also include your favorites including chicken soup, pasta dishes, and sandwiches, as well as rotisserie beef, pork ribs, and burgers.

Hello! I was wondering how much it might cost please to do a Swiss Chalet Festive dinner for approx. 50 people – delivered to a condo on Yonge Street just south of Finch? The date would be 10 December at 7.30pm. Thank you!
