History

In 1964, Tim Horton and Jim Charade founded the company in Hamilton, Ontario. Today, the chain is owned by Restaurant Brands International, a restaurant-focused company owned largely by 3G Capital.

Known as Timmy’s in Canada, the chain has more than 4,600 restaurants worldwide including the United States. In fact, it’s the largest quick service restaurant chain in Canada.

Why Choose Tim Hortons for Your Catering Needs

The extensive food and drinks menu at your nearest Tim Hortons restaurant should be enough reason to have your event catered! The choices include the famous original blend coffee (i.e., 100% Arabica beans) and doughnuts; tea, hot chocolate, and iced coffee drinks; milkshakes; muffins, bagels, and croissants; submarine sandwiches, New York-style cheesecake, and breakfast sandwich, to name a few. Let’s just say that every Canadian and American favorite can likely be found on its menu so your guests will always have something to eat.

The catering staff members are competent and courteous, while the food and drinks are delivered on time to the agreed location. The prices are reasonable, too, considering the highly satisfactory service and delicious food.
